If, for any reason, your purchase does not meet your expectations, we want to make the process as seamless as possible.
Our 14-Day Return and Exchange Policy
We offer a 14-day window for you to decide whether your purchase is the perfect fit for your home. This period begins on the day your item is delivered.
Should you wish to return or exchange your rug, the item must meet the following criteria to be eligible:
Condition
The item must be returned in its original, undamaged, Showroom Condition. We cannot accept any rugs that have been washed, altered, or show signs of use or damage.
Due to the singular, handcrafted nature of many pieces in our collection, we are unable to process any returns or exchanges submitted after this 14-day grace period.
To ensure that your return or exchange is processed accurately and without delay, we require that all returns have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
If you'd like to request a Return or an exchange, simply email us at info@TreasuredKnots.com within 14 days of receiving your rug kindly include your Order Number. One of our experienced customer service representatives will provide you with an RMA number within 1-2 business days and guide you through the process to ensure it's as smooth and hassle-free as possible.
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT RMA #
Unless the product arrived damaged, the customer is responsible for the return shipping and insurance costs.

When returning an item, please ensure that your Order Number and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number are clearly written on the outside of the package.
Unless the item was received in a defective or damaged condition, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as Treasured Knots cannot be held liable for packages lost or damaged in transit.
Inspection Process Of Return & Exchange
Upon receipt of your returned item, our team will conduct a thorough inspection and notify you via email confirming its arrival. Following this assessment, you will be informed of the approval or denial of your refund request, based on the condition of the product.
What if my rug was damaged or lost during shipping?
Should the item be damaged or lost during shipping and transit? The customer is responsible for initiating and managing the claim directly with the shipping carrier. Treasured Knots assumes liability for transit related damages or claims that are denied by the carrier. This is the full responsibility of the customer. Accordingly, no refund will be processed by Treasured Knots.
Damage Due to Customer Misuse
If the product exhibits damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper care while in the customer’s possession, any refund will be contingent upon the cost of restoring the item to its original condition. In instances where restoration is not feasible, a refund will not be issued, and it will be the responsibility of the customer to have the rug picked up within 30 days before being disposed of. Treasured knots will not be held responsible.
Rug Padding
At Treasured Knots, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Each rug pad is custom cut to match the specific dimensions of your rug. Due to these tailored sizing requirements, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on rug pads.
Helpful Tip: To ensure the best fit, we recommend measuring your rug carefully before placing your order. If you need assistance selecting the appropriate pad type or size, our customer service team is happy to help guide you.
Clearance & Final Sale Items
All clearance and final sale merchandise is offered in limited quantities and priced based on individual quality and condition. These items are sold as-is, and all sales are final—no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted.
Discounts are calculated from either the original or current retail store price, whichever is higher. Please note that clearance pricing cannot be combined with other promotional offers, coupons, or discounts.
